WHITECHEM PU MEMBRAN 450

1 - PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

WHITECHEM PU MEMBRAN 450 is a one component, easily applied, specially formulated polyurethane based coating. After application, it forms a highly elastic, seamless and perfectly crack-bridging waterproofing membrane. Its performance continues even at low temperatures.

3 - APPLICATION AREAS

 Waterproofing on roofs and concrete structures, areas not open to traffic

 Waterproofing of balconies and terraces,

 Concrete, brick, asbestos cement, roof tiles, toilet, road and bridge feet etc. over

4 - SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

 The surface must be clean and dry, free from oil, dirt, grease, coatings and other dirt that may prevent adhesion.

 The surface must be strong and of sufficient strength. If unsure, test a test area first.

 Weak concrete should be removed and blow holes and voids should be made open.

 All dust, loose and loose particles should be removed from the surface with a brush and / or vacuum cleaner before the application of the product.

 Before applying, mix the waterproofing membrane for 3 minutes to obtain a homogeneous consistency.

 It should not be mixed too much to prevent air entrainment.
